Juicy and flavorful chicken, foraging daily on our diverse pastures. Our broilers get non-GMO feed in addition to free grazing. We process under USDA inspection in a plant that does not use bleach during processing.
Grass Fed Lamb
Our sheep are adaptively grazed on regeneratively managed pastures their entire lives. They are 100% grass-fed. We raised haired sheep that require no shearing and are generally milder tasting than wool breeds. Our lamb is USDA-inspected, vacuum packed and frozen for optimum quality.
Woodland Pork
Our pigs spend their lives in the Wisconsin woods, where they dine on grain supplemented by an ever-changing natural buffet of apples, berries, nuts and roots. Our USDA-inspected pork is processed locally, vacuum-packed and frozen for quality and longevity.
